To identify user patterns and user needs in order to improve our website’s functions.

What personal data is processed and from where is it obtained?

You may choose to give us your contact information (name, email and telephone number) by submitting a contact form. By downloading one of our whitepapers, you give us your e-mail address and your name – here you may also choose whether you want to be contacted by us and if you wish to sign up for our newsletter subscription.

We also collect general information about the user base on our website through Fathom. However, we do not look into the information of individual users – nor do we have the opportunity to collect information about individual users.

SafeBase AS log IP addresses that traffic our servers to be able to carry out technical troubleshooting. This database is not used for any other purposes. Attempts to identify individuals based on these logs do not occur.

Is the information disclosed to third parties?

How is the information deleted and archived?

All information collected from our website is stored in Fathom. We do not store your data locally.

Is it voluntary to provide the information?

We are not able to make exceptions for individual users. If you do not wish to be part of the general statistics, you should not be a user of safebase.no.

What rights does the data subject have and which country’s legislation applies?

You have the full right to access the personal data we have stored on you. You can also demand the information to be corrected or deleted. We otherwise comply with Norwegian legislation.

How is the information secured?

Only people who need to analyze trends and traffic on our website have user access to the information in Fathom.
